The following terms and conditions apply:
Upon receipt of your confirmation email by Melodie, a $150 deposit is required. This deposit serves as a holding fee and will be deducted from your final invoice.
By submitting the deposit payment, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below. In the event of a cancellation, a fee of 50% of your invoice will be charged. As Melodie may have declined other opportunities to accommodate your booking, this fee covers the resulting loss of income. Regrettably, no exceptions can be made in this regard. Payment of up to 50% of the total invoice is due 3 months prior to your event date, with the remaining balance to be settled 7 days before your special day. Melodie reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not made as agreed.
The outstanding balance of the invoice must be transferred via bank transfer at least 7 business days before the wedding date.
